About Heritage City

The Heritage City project along the Yamuna Expressway is a planned cultural and spiritual tourism hub near the Banke Bihari Temple in Mathura. Located near the 101-km milestone, it will feature a heritage center, yoga and wellness facilities, convention centers, luxury hotels, marketplaces for local artisans, and extensive green spaces. The project, developed under a public-private partnership, aims to boost tourism, preserve natural water bodies, and provide a sustainable development model for the Raya Urban Center.  

Goals

  • Tourism Boost: 

    The Heritage City aims to attract tourists by providing a central hub for cultural and spiritual tourism along the Yamuna Expressway. 

  • Economic Growth: 

    It will contribute to the economic growth of the region, with infrastructure supporting industrial activities, residential facilities, and tourism.

    The project is part of a broader vision to develop the Raya Urban Center into a thriving city with diverse economic activities.
